Lady Gaga spent $1,000 on pizza for fans waiting for her autograph.

The 'Bad Romance' singer ordered 80 cheese pizzas for people who were waiting for her autograph outside a Los Angeles store where she was scheduled to do a record signing.

She wrote on her Twitter page: "Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at Best Buy. I hope you're hungry... eat up I love u! (sic)."

As well as splashing out $1,000 on the pizzas, which were provided by fast-food chain Papa John's, Lady Gaga is also said to have tipped "very, very well".

The 'LoveGame' singer also thanked her fans for making her latest release, 'The Fame Monster', number one in the US iTunes charts.

She wrote on Twitter: "To all my beautiful fans, I love you more than anything. Thank u 4 making the fame monster number 1 on itunes. You are the only reward I need x gaga (sic)."

Lady Gaga's generosity to her fans was also displayed when she released a set of bizarre gifts which she gave away with a collector's edition of 'The Fame Monster', which included a lock of her blonde hair, a personal note from the songstress and a jigsaw puzzle.

Lady Gaga had stopped taking drugs and didn't have time for men by the time she was 20, her friend has revealed.

Despite her claims to a life of wild partying and casual sex, the 'Bad Romance' singer's best pal DJ Lady Starlight claims she was solely focused on her music when she first met her at her 20th birthday party.

Starlight said in an interview with Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "It was obvious even then that Gaga was going to be famous. She was incredibly focused on exactly what she wanted to do.

"I know she's talked about doing lots of drugs but by the time we met she had stopped all that. She didn't even have time for boyfriends."

Lady Starlight, 33, also revealed she and Lady Gaga, 23, always experimented with fashion and tried to create the wildest stage outfits they could dream up - though they would often not last through a show.

She added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "We were very creative but the outfits were often stuck together with glue. Sometimes they fell apart when we were on stage."

Among Gaga's more outrageous comments have been her comparison between making music and having "mind-blowing, irresponsible, condomless sex" and that despite being bisexual she separates love and sex and prefers "male sexuality" .

Lady Starlight also added that her friends initially shocked parents are now fully supportive of her career.

Eminem's mother is marrying a bisexual man who tried to sue her last year.

Debbie Nelson has revealed plans to wed her agent, Neal Alpert, who launched a lawsuit against her and her co-author for a small percentage of the profits from her book 'My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem'.

The case was, however, dismissed last year.

Despite his lawsuit, it has been claimed Neal is one of the only people not to have "taken advantage" of Debbie and despite his bisexuality, he has "dated more women than guys".

The source added to website RadarOnline: "When it comes to marriage it's not about the sex, it's about being with your best friend,

"He has always been a gentleman and respectful and never sold her out for a penny, even when he had the chance."

The couple are presently said to be looking at a number of different venues for the wedding.

The source added: "It's going to be a nice-sized wedding, that's for sure."

Debbie claimed she wrote her book about her son - real name Marshall Mathers - to "set the record straight" about his upbringing and prove she was a good mother, contrary to his claims.

She said: "After his first album 'Infinite' flopped, he reinvented himself as white trailer trash with a crazy welfare mom. I was shocked when I first heard the lyrics - but he constantly reassured me it was all a big joke. I went along with it for Marshall's sake."

Katie Price has been branded "cruel" by jilted lover Alex Reid's mother.

Carol Reid launched the attack on the glamour model after she publicly dumped the cage-fighter on British TV, hours after quitting reality show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here'.

Alex had flown over to Australia, where the show is filmed, in order to propose to the star.

Carol said: "I watched the TV and it seemed very cruel the way she spoke about Alex. He really loved her and gave up a lot for her, and this is how he gets treated by her.

"I can't get through to him at the moment. All I know is that he is in Australia and his phone is off. He must be upset. I'm worried for him."

Alex, 34, is said to have been spotted sobbing over the couple's split in

Sydney.

Katie - who started dating Alex seven months ago in the wake of her messy divorce from singer Peter Andre - seemingly made her decision after Alex revealed his marriage proposal plans to a newspaper at the weekend.

The pair are set to meet again for showdown talks, although not until a film crew for Katie's UK reality TV show, 'What Katie Did Next', can be flown into Australia.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The crew have been told to get out there as quickly as possible as there is going to be fireworks

"Katie's not stupid and wants massive ratings for her show."

Rihanna will earn $500,000 to perform at a New Year's Eve party.

The 'Umbrella' singer has been asked to sing at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi to help revellers see in 2010 in what will be her first performance in the Middle East.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "She was supposed to perform back in May but she cancelled in the aftermath of the assault. This is a make-up date."

Rihanna had been due to perform in Dubai earlier this year, which would have been her first show since she was attacked by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in February.

However, she cancelled the concert as she felt she wasn't ready to return to the stage.

Rihanna will not be the first star to earn a vast amount of money for a one-off concert.

On New Year's Eve 2006, George Michael was paid $2.6 million to perform 13 songs at a party for Russian nickel magnate Vladimir Potanin and a few months later was given around $2.5 million to sing at the 55th birthday party of Sir Philip Green, the owner British fashion chain Topshop.

Last year, it was revealed Amy Winehouse was paid $1.6 million to perform in an old Russian bus garage for Daria 'Dasha' Zhukova - the girlfriend of Chelsea Football Club owner, billionaire Roman Abramovich.

The Rolling Stones were paid around $7.3 million for playing at the 60th birthday bash of billionaire David Bonderman.

Jennifer Lopez's personal guard dog has been branded a "menace" for attacking a stewardess.

A report produced for a lawsuit against Jennifer and her husband Marc Anthony by flight attendant Lisa Wilson - who says she was attacked by the dog, Floyd, on a jet in 2006 - concluded that the animal "consistently endangered humans".

Dr. Karen Overall, a veterinarian with a Ph.D in zoology, produced the paper which claims the dog was a menace and its owners both knew it.

In the eight-page document, Karen wrote: "It is clear to me that Floyd, Mr. Anthony's personal protection dog, behaved inappropriately, aggressively and in a manner that consistently endangered humans."

The report was produced for the team representing Lisa, who claims the dog, a German Shepherd, headbutted her leg, causing her to fall and seriously injure her back.

Lawyer William Cafaro said: "The dog was obviously dangerous and we will prove at trial that it was only a matter of time before he hurt someone."

Joseph Varvaro, lawyer for Jennifer and Marc, responded in court papers saying he has hired his own animal behaviour expert to evaluate Floyd.

Sandra Bullock flashed her private parts on the set of her latest film.

The actress had to bare all in 'The Proposal' and although she had something to protect her modesty she ended up showing more of her body to the cast and crew than she meant to.

She said: "Shooting the scene was odd. I realised there was no way to shoot it without being butt naked. But there are things stuck to you where you generally don't have things stuck. Then you'd get unstuck, but not care because you're so tired. The director Anne Fletcher was like, 'Your vagina is hanging out. Cover it up.' And I'd go, 'Sorry, sorry.' "

Sandra - who starred opposite Ryan Reynolds in 'The Proposal' - previously claimed it was her naked butt that made the film a hit.

Speaking about why the movie did well at the box office, the 45-year-old beauty said: "We had all the right people, the right elements in the right place. But to be honest I think nudity had a great deal to do with it. People liked it."

Daniel Day-Lewis didn't think his singing and dancing was good enough to star in new musical movie 'Nine'.

The Oscar-winning actor - who plays Italian film director Guido Contini in the hotly-anticipated film - had a crisis of confidence and asked the director Rob Marshall if there was anyone else who could take his role, because he had no confidence in his voice.

He said: "I did say to Rob in the early stages, 'Is there anyway of getting out of this? I have a list of actors who could do it tomorrow!' He tried to convince me I could sing and I said, 'You've no idea if I can sing or not!'

"I sang feebly a couple of times, and on the grounds of that Rob managed to convince me it was worth pursuing."

The 52-year-old actor - who is famous for his method acting - also joked that dancing was difficult because his body is so "creaky".

He said: "I can do a lot of stuff, I can climb, I can run, I can cycle, I can box, but I can't dance.

"I used a lot of 3-in-1 to lubricate those stiff joints. It's not natural grace - that's sheer effort of will. My limbs are a mass of scar tissue through years of doing things I shouldn't have."

Daniel stars in 'Nine' alongside Penelope Cruz, Dame Judi Dench and Nicole Kidman.

Shakira wants to have a baby.

The 32-year-old singer - who has been engaged to Antonio de la Rua, 36, for the last four years - admits her biological clock is ticking and she's desperate to start a family.

She said: "I'm dying to have a baby. We both are. I'd like two and Antonio would like three. So probably after my next album, which comes out next year. I don't think it could be sooner because in 2010 I'll be touring as well. In fact, my biological clock is already ticking and I don't know how to describe it. It's just becoming a physical need now."

The 'She Wolf' star, who met Antonio nine years ago in a restaurant in Argentina, knew straight away he was 'The One'.

She said: "The minute I walked in, I saw him sitting, and I thought, 'That man is for me, he's the man of my life.' I kept staring at him until I got to meet him that night. And then I just followed my intuition and everything worked out. Frankly, meeting him that night was like winning the lottery."

Although Shakira is engaged, she doesn't plan to marry Antonio anytime soon.

She said: "I think it's more romantic to be that eternal girlfriend. We're happy the way things are. Our relationship is strong and steady."

Muse feel like 19th century classical music composers.

The Devonshire trio claim they are incredibly different to their chart rivals because they are more interested in revolutionising music than being seen as "cool".

Frontman Matt Bellamy said: "London bands are more concerned with what is cool but it's never been the important thing for us.

"I think we have a lot in common with the classical composers of the 19th century, although I'm not claiming to have their intelligence.

"They wanted to create a musical explosion, to blow the crowd away. Opera can be exceptionally moving, but can also be pompous."

Despite claiming they want to change music, the band also wants to further their careers and be as successful as possible.

Bassist Chris Wolstenholme said: "We want to be the biggest band in the world. We're not ashamed to say that."

Drummer Dom Howard added: "We've always been an ambitious band. We always had big ideas beyond our capabilities."
