Gisele Bundchen doesn't want to know the sex of her unborn child.

The pregnant Brazilian supermodel - who is due to give birth this month - has no idea whether she is expecting a boy or a girl even though her husband Tom Brady has already found out.

The American Football star revealed: "I'm really the only one that knows at this point. My dad asked me. I haven't told him. Gisele doesn't know. It's a pretty good feeling knowing something that no one else knows.

"She's a very intelligent woman. I wanted to find out and she didn't, so she said, 'Go ahead.' It will be a surprise for her."

The 32-year-old hunk - who already has a two-year-old son, John, from a previous relationship to actress Bridget Moynahan - is taking extra care to make sure he doesn't spoil the surprise for Gisele.

He explained: "I always mix it, using boy and girl pronouns. I don't think I've ever slipped. I'm very conscious when I'm saying it."

This news follows rumours in October the 29-year-old beauty is expecting a girl.

Jared Followill is reportedly dating Julianne Hough.

The Kings of Leon bassist has been spotted cuddling up and being "affectionate" with the blonde country singer as they enjoyed karaoke at the Lipstick Lounge bar in Nashville on Tuesday (01.12.09), sparking rumours they are dating.

A source told People magazine: "They were very affectionate, just hanging out at the table. They stayed for about an hour and enjoyed karaoke. None of them sang, but they just hung with their group. Only a few people noticed she was even there. They didn't make a spectacle of it."

The 21-year-old beauty only split from her ex-boyfriend, US singer Chuck Wicks, three weeks ago and Jared, 23, has been cheering her up ever since.

This is the second time the pair have been spotted looking close recently.

Two weeks ago they enjoyed a night out at Nashville's Whiskey Kitchen with Holly Williams and her drummer husband Chris Coleman.

A Kings of Leon representative said: "They are friends and have been hanging."

David Beckham is finding the death of his grandfather "tough".

The soccer star was left devastated by the loss of Joseph West earlier this week and admits he was shocked by the news, even though the 83 year old had been ill for several months.

He said: "Of course, any family thing like this is tough. My granddad was not well for quite a few months but it's something that, when it happens, nothing can prepare you for it.

"Finding out he had passed away was obviously upsetting because I was so close to him. He would call me after each game, every training session and everything that happened which involved me."

The Los Angeles Galaxy player was in South Africa when he learned of the sad news but opted to stay and help with England's bid to host the 2018 soccer World Cup rather than return to the UK because it was what his granddad would have wanted.

David - who has sons Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, seven and four-year-old Cruz with wife Victoria Beckham - added: "Me being out here was something which my granddad was proud of me being a part of.

"If I had decided to come back home, I know what he would have said to me, which I can't repeat. He was a strong person.

"Your families come together at times like this but he would not have wanted me to have upped and left and gone home.

"I will be there for the funeral though, without a doubt."

Ronnie Wood allegedly "choked" his girlfriend during a blazing public argument.

The Rolling Stones guitarist was arrested on suspicion of assault on Wednesday night (02.12.09) and allegedly dragged 20-year-old Russian cocktail waitress Ekaterina Ivanova by her neck during a drunken row in the street which spanned 30 minutes.

A police source said: "Ekaterina was very distressed and had cuts on her knees from where it seemed she had been dragged along the street. But she was insistent she didn't want police involved. Despite her refusal, witnesses allege this was a potentially assault and he may face charges. We're looking at allegations that at one point he had her by the scruff of her neck and her collar was so tight she seemed to be choking."

At one stage, the angry 62-year-old rocker had the young beauty pinned to the ground.

Celine Dixon, 20, and her boyfriend Phillip Legge, 30 - who live by Claygate High Street, Esher, where the incident took place - were forced to intervene when they heard the red-headed beauty making "choking sounds" from the road.

Celine told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "We heard a woman screaming, then saw a man pinning her to the ground. He was shouting at her then we heard choking sounds so my boyfriend rushed out to help. When he got outside he realised it was Ronnie and Ekaterina."

Ronnie is believed to have left after being confronted by Phillip.

He said: "I heard her say, 'Ouch, stop it'.

He added to the Daily Star: "Ronnie was yelling, 'You are a f***ing b*****d,' and then 'you are a f***ing w***er' and it was really loud."

"She was in a terrible state. Her tights were ripped and there were grazes all over her legs."

Ekaterina told the couple the row began after they had been out for dinner at The Bengal Lancer restaurant near their house in Esher, Surrey.

It is believed the row kicked off when Ronnie - who had been allegedly drinking whisky and vodka - got angry that Ekaterina wanted to stay out rather than go back to their home.

Ronnie was arrested at his rented home and spent the night in police custody at Staines Police Station. He was freed yesterday (03.12.09) on police bail pending further inquiries.

Marilyn Manson has rekindled his romance with Evan Rachel Wood.

The goth rocker says that after being stricken by an identity crisis, he has accepted that he needs to work on what he is best at and believes his new outlook is working well as the actress - who he first split from in October 2008 before briefly reuniting in February - has agreed to give their relationship another try,

The 40-year-old star said: "I think I'm not afraid to be me. Sometimes it happens when you get to this point in your career, and there are so many things that have happened and influences that you've had, besides the influences of the things that have inspired you.

"Sometimes you feel awkward being what you're best at, you feel like you have to be something new. But I think that a lot of people will agree that me being me at my best is what I need to be.

"I think that has really paid off because I'm back with Evan."

The 'Disposable Teens' singer - real name Brian Warner - believes the relationship will have an impact on his future songwriting.

Asked about the direction his music will take, he told Metal Hammer magazine: "I think it will be more bada*s , I think it's going to be more romantic, maybe. Self abusive."

Marilyn and Evan were first romantically linked in 2006 when the singer split from then-wife Dita Von Teese.

Penelope Cruz was terrified of singing in new film 'Nine'.

Speaking on the red carpet at the London premiere of the musical movie in Leicester Square last night (03.12.09), the 35-year-old Spanish actress admitted her singing was a bit rusty because she hadn't done it in public for years.

The 35-year-old star told BANG Showbiz: "Singing was terrifying because it was new and because it was my first time.

"It was like doing theatre, but I only did theatre as a student in Spain."

Penelope - who plays seductress, Carla Albanese, who seduces Daniel Day-Lewis' character, director Guido Contini, in the film - also revealed her sexy look in the movie was aided by some very good costume designers.

She said: "The woman who designed the costumes for every one of us, I think she really must be one of the most amazing artists."

Penelope was joined on the red carpet by several of her co-stars, including Nicole Kidman, 42, Kate Hudson, 30, and Dame Judi Dench, 74.

Judi admitted she was surprised by how well all the actresses got along, saying: "They're wonderful, I mean every single one, I swear you're going to be surprised. They're going to surprise everyone."

Peter Andre has agreed to speak to his estranged ex-wife Katie Price.

The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer has only spoken to the glamour model irregularly since their divorce in September but he is now ready to have regular contact with her about their children.

However, Katie - who recently quit the reality TV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' after only eight days - has been hatching a plan to win back her ex-husband in what she has dubbed 'Project Pete'.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Kate is desperate to get Pete back and her jungle appearance was all part of her game plan.

"She's finally realised what she's lost and will try anything to claw her way back into his heart. She knows she went too far after splitting from Pete."

Katie - who returned from Australia, where the reality show is filmed, on Saturday (28.11.09) - has been in emotional turmoil about the split from Peter, and is now reportedly dreading spending Christmas alone after dumping her cage-fighter lover Alex Reid.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Katie feels she has nothing to look forward to."

Katie Price has reportedly been phoning ex-husband Peter Andre everyday to try and win him back.

The model - who raises three children, Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii, with the 'Behind Closed Doors' singer - has been apologising for her behaviour towards him and her antics since they split in May.

A source said: "Since Kate has returned to the country from Australia she seems to have had a bit of a turnaround. And Pete's noticed it. Now they chat to each other when they make their daily call about the children.

"The one thing they both agree on is how to behave with, and for, the children. In the past it was difficult for them to talk to each other, even though they would always call to speak to the kids. They both lost it a few times as their war of words reached fever pitch."

Last week, Katie, 31, dumped her cage-fighter ex-boyfriend Alex Reid, 34, on TV shortly after she quit British reality show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here', which is filmed in Australia.

Her decision has also had a positive effect on her relationship with Pete, 36.

The source added to Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "They've been much more amicable since she came back from Australia. It is like the air has suddenly been cleared."

Yesterday (30.11.09), Peter vowed to always put his children first.

He said: "I just want the kids to be happy and settled and I'll do anything within my power to make sure that's the case."

His spokeswoman Claire Powell - who also represented Katie before she split from Pete - confirmed the pair are in regular communication.

She said: "Pete and Kate have clear communication because of their children. He is not avoiding her, the children need both their mum and dad."

Leona Lewis wants to write a film.

The singer - who has a song included on the soundtracks to new films 'Precious' and 'Avatar' respectively - is a huge movie fan and would love to pen a script in the future.

The 24-year-old singer said: "I love movies but I'm more into scriptwriting and the actual story and behind the scenes. But I wouldn't say no if it was the right thing."

Leona's current single 'Happy' is featured in 'Precious', which tells the story of an overweight, illiterate teenager who dreams of a better life.

The pop star was thrilled when the track got picked to be used in the movie, saying: "I'm just so proud of it because I wrote it, and for it to be associated with a film like 'Precious', which is about trying to overcome troubles and trials in your life, is amazing. I'm glad that someone got that message."

As Leona's career goes from strength-to-strength, she is attracting a host of star fans.

Rihanna - who was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in February - is a huge admirer and was very upset to hear about Leona being attacked by a fan at a recent book signing.

The 'Russian Roulette' singer said: "I got so mad, like it was me. I couldn't believe it happened to her, of all people. It's so disappointing when people behave like that. Why? She's so sweet. She is just a beautiful, beautiful spirit. You don't want any bad things to happen to her."

Nicole Richie is to become a comedy star.

The socialite - who starred in hit reality show 'The Simple Life' with Paris Hilton - has teamed up with US TV network ABC to create a new comedy show, which she will also star in.

The mother-of-two said on her website: "I am so excited to announce that I am officially working on a television project. I am creating a half hour scripted comedy for ABC in which I will be starring in, as well as producing."

"The comedy revolves around a young, modern and professional woman who must balance her business and family relationships. She must deal with, and navigate, the many ideas of what a woman's role is: modern vs. traditional."

Nicole - who recently announced she was putting herself on bedrest after being hospitalised with pneumonia - has been inspired by women from all different walks of life for the show.

She said: "Lately, I have been surrounded by many different women of all ages and walks of life. It amazes me to watch and observe how many different ideas there are about what a woman's role should be in this era. I've taken these fascinating ideas, and compiled them into something that I think will be very special and funny! We're still in the very early stages and I can't wait to share more with you soon!"
