Essex Pool Party Work Out Plan Video
The first of our Summer Essex Pool Parties is under 6 weeks away, the countdown has officially begun!
So with only a couple weeks left to shed those extra pounds and get in shape our friend Matt Lo at Fit Me Now has come up with a work out plan to do just that!

Rest 60 seconds between each exercise and 90 seconds between each set.
Do 3 sets of each Exercise
A1. EZ Bar Bicep curl – 10reps
A2. EZ Bar Tricep Skull Crusher – 10 reps
A3. EZ Bar Narrow Grip Cuban Press – 10 reps
90 seconds rest
Rest 90 seconds between each exercise and 120 seconds between each set.
Do 3 sets of each exercise
B1. Wide grip chin ups or Press ups – 10 reps
rest 90 seconds
B2. Flat Bench Dumbbell chest Press – 10 reps
rest 120 seconds
Rest 90 seconds between each set.
Do 3 sets of the exercise
C1. Standing Dumbbell Military shoulder press with rotation – 12 reps
